Welcome to 2016! I’m sure all the eggnog and pumpkin pie didn’t fill the hole in your lives left by TFR’s holiday break, so I’m sharing a great many (too many, you might say), tools in one week.
A couple years ago I put together a spreadsheet of almost 100 mobile apps for reporters, using suggestions from the NICAR email list. As someone always on the move (right now I’m driving across about half the United States), I depend on a few mobile apps for sanity. My stalwarts are Evernote, Mail, Trello and Pocket, but there are all sorts to choose from on this list.
That said, I did put it together in 2013 (nearly three years ago now! good lord!), so if anyone has any newer suggestions, please reply to this email or send a tweet.
