Snap Map is a live map of all the public stories people are sharing on Snapchat. It’s kind of a replacement for Facebook’s Live Map, which had the gall to get taken down soon after I recommended it.
You can embed these snaps, but they expire soon after they’re posted – like 24 hours or less. Instead, I’d recommend using Snap Map to see what people are doing during events, like celebrating Pride Month or prepping for a hurricane. Or what people are getting up to during quarantine.
